Two-way feedback is when you and someone else can talk back and forth, like a fun conversation.
Imagine you're playing tag at recess. You run after your friend, shouting “You’re it!” They laugh and run away. Then they turn around and shout “Catch me if you can!” Now you are laughing and running faster. That’s two-way feedback, each of you is responding to the other.
Like a Ping-Pong Game
Think of two-way feedback like playing ping-pong. You hit the ball, it goes to your friend, they hit it back to you, and so on. You both are sending messages (like hits) and receiving them, just like in a conversation.
If only one person was talking, like if you were shouting “You’re it!” and your friend just stood there, that would be one-way feedback. But when the fun of tag or ping-pong happens, both sides are sending and receiving messages all the time!
So next time you're playing a game with friends, remember: you're doing two-way feedback, like a happy, back-and-forth conversation!
