What is Trusted execution environment (TEE)?

A trusted execution environment is like a special safe inside your toy box that only you can open, and no one else can mess with what's inside.

Imagine you have a super cool toy robot, and it has a secret message hidden inside. You want to read the message without anyone else seeing it. So you put the robot in a special safe (that’s the TEE) that only you know how to open.
