What is the speculative evolution project "All Todays"?

All Todays is a fun game where we imagine how animals might change if they lived in different worlds today.

Imagine you have a pet dog, friendly, bouncy, and always by your side. Now picture that same dog living on a planet with no grass, just rocks and lava. What would happen? Would it become faster to run on rocks? Maybe its fur would turn black to stay cool!
