How It Works
When you sleep, your brain goes through different stages. During deep sleep, your brain creates full scenes and stories, this is when dreams happen. But when you're awake, your brain can still make up little worlds in your head, these are daydreams. They’re not as vivid because your brain knows it’s still awake.
Why It Matters
Dreams can feel so real that they might even scare you or make you happy! Daydreams usually just help you relax or imagine a better version of your life.
