Stage 5 is when your body gets really good at fixing itself, almost like it’s supercharged after a long rest.
Imagine you’re playing with building blocks all day, that's hard work! After many hours of playing (like 18 to 24 hours), your body says, "Okay, time for me to repair and grow!" It starts fixing up the parts that got tired from all that fun.
How it works
Your muscles are like wet clay, when you play too much, they get squished and tired. But during Stage 5, your body gives them a warm bath (like a cozy nap), helping them dry out and become strong again.
Why it matters
This is the time when recovery happens for real, not just little fixes, but big ones. It’s like when you spill juice on your shirt and let it sit overnight; by morning, the stain is gone, and your shirt feels fresh again.
So after a long day of play or work, your body gets to rest and recharge, and that's Stage 5!
