What is Stage 2 (3, 6 hours)?

Stage 2 is when your body keeps working hard to get better, like cleaning up a messy room after playing.

Your body is still busy, but it’s not as wild as before. It's like when you’re done jumping on the bed and start tidying up, putting toys back in their boxes and making the bed again.

How Your Body Feels

At this stage, you might feel:

  • Tired, like after a long day at school
  • A bit sore, as if you ran around the playground too much
  • A little better, like when your favorite snack makes everything seem easier

What’s Happening Inside

Your body is healing and fixing itself. It's like when you spill juice on the floor and use a cloth to wipe it away, not as fast as before, but still working hard.

Your brain might even start thinking about fun things again, like your next game or snack time. So while Stage 2 is not quite as exciting as Stage 1, it's definitely getting you closer to feeling all better!
