How Sows Help Their Babies Grow
A sow lives on a farm, just like how you might live in your house with your family. She eats lots of food, think of it like having a big snack every day, so she can have energy to take care of her babies, called piglets.
When the piglets are born, they’re tiny and wobbly, but the sow keeps them safe and warm, just like how your mom might tuck you in when you're sick. She also helps them learn how to eat and play, so they can grow up strong too.
So remember, a sow is like a pig mom who takes care of her little pig babies and helps them grow up to be pigs!
