What is scheduler?

A scheduler is like a teacher who decides which student goes to the blackboard next, making sure everyone gets a turn and things stay fair.

Imagine you’re playing a game with your friends, and each person has a different task: one is drawing, another is counting, and another is telling jokes. If no one decides who goes when, it might get confusing or even stop altogether. That’s where the scheduler comes in, it picks which friend does what next, so the game keeps moving smoothly.

Like a Traffic Light

Think of the scheduler as a traffic light at a busy intersection. Just like how the light decides who gets to go first, cars, bikes, or pedestrians, the scheduler decides which task or person gets to work next in a computer or a program. It makes sure everything runs in order and nothing crashes.

Without a scheduler, it would be chaos, like everyone trying to talk at once without taking turns!
