What is same?

Same means things look or act exactly alike, just like two identical toys you can't tell apart.

Imagine you have two red balls in your hand. They both roll, they both bounce, and they're the same size, color, and shape. Even if one is on the floor and the other is in your pocket, they’re still same because they don’t change who they are.

When Things Are Same

  • If you have two cookies that look exactly alike, same chocolate chips, same size, they're same.
  • Your shoes can be same, if both are blue and fit your feet perfectly.

When Things Aren't Same

But if one shoe is blue and the other is green, they’re not same anymore. Or if one cookie has extra chocolate chips, then that one is different from the others.

So, same means things match in a way you can see or feel, just like your favorite pair of shoes or your go-to snack!Same means things look or act exactly alike, just like two identical toys you can't tell apart.
