RSI is when your hands or arms feel tired and sore because you do the same movement over and over again.
Imagine you're playing with building blocks all day, stacking them up, knocking them down, stacking them again. At first, it's fun, but after a while, your hands start to ache, and maybe even your wrists feel wobbly. That’s kind of like RSI (which stands for Repetitive Strain Injury), it happens when you do the same动作 or use the same parts of your body too much without taking breaks.
How It Feels
When RSI starts, your hand might feel sore, like after a long game of catch. You might even have trouble gripping things tightly, like holding onto a toy or opening a jar. Sometimes it feels like your fingers are falling asleep, just like when you cross your legs for too long.
What Causes It
RSI is caused by doing the same动作 again and again, like typing on a keyboard, using a mouse, or even playing video games. Your body gets tired from all that work, and it sends you a message: “Hey, I need a break!”
So remember to take breaks, stretch your hands, and give your body time to rest, just like you do after a long day of play!
