What is Robotics?

Robotics is when machines learn to move and do tasks all by themselves, just like you or your toys.

Imagine you have a toy car that can drive itself to the other side of the room, no pushing or pulling needed. That’s what robotics does, but for bigger machines too!

How Robots Work

Robots need senses like eyes and ears so they know what's going on around them. They also need brains, which are special computers that help them think and make decisions.

For example, a robot in a factory might use its senses to see where a toy is, then its brain tells it how to pick it up and move it somewhere else, just like you would!

What Robots Can Do

Robots can be as simple as a walking vacuum cleaner or as complicated as a robot that helps doctors do surgery. They’re used in places like factories, hospitals, and even space!

So robotics is all about making machines smart enough to help us out with tasks, big or small!
