What is rehearsal?

Rehearsal is when you practice something until it becomes easy and fun.

Imagine you're learning to ride a bike. At first, you wobble and fall, but every time you get back on the bike, you try again. After doing this many times, you stop thinking about how to balance, you just ride smoothly, like it's second nature. That’s rehearsal in action!

Think of rehearsal like learning a song with your friends. You all have to sing the same words at the same time. At first, some people might be off-key or forget their lines. But when you practice together, that's rehearsing, you learn where to pause, how loud to sing, and when to smile. Soon, it all fits together like a puzzle, and singing becomes fun.

If you're in a play, rehearsal is your chance to get ready just like actors do before the show. You practice your lines, move around on stage, and figure out how to work with others. It’s like playing dress-up every day, eventually, you know exactly what to do when the big moment comes!
