What is Production? Types of Production?

Production is when we make things by using other things.

Imagine you're baking cookies. You use flour, sugar, and eggs to make something new, cookies! That’s like production: taking ingredients (materials) and turning them into a finished product (cookies).

Types of Production

There are different ways people can produce things:

  1. Batch production is like making a big batch of cookies at once. You might bake 20 cookies all together, then let them cool before you take them out. This is good when you need a lot of the same thing, just like how cookie factories make thousands of cookies every day.
  1. Mass production is even bigger! It's like having a whole team of cookie-makers who work nonstop to produce millions of cookies. Think of big companies that make phones or toys, they use machines and lots of workers to make the same product over and over again, super fast.

Both types help us get things done in fun and efficient ways, just like how you can make a small batch of cookies or eat from a whole cookie factory! 🍪
