What is obstruction?

Obstruction is when something gets in the way and stops another thing from moving or working properly.

Imagine you're trying to push a toy car across the floor, but there's a big block right in front of it. The block doesn’t move, but it stops the toy car from going where it wants to go, that’s obstruction!

Like a Blockade

Think about playing hide and seek. If someone builds a wall between you and your friend, they’re creating an obstruction. You can't see them or run straight to them, you have to go around the wall.

Obstruction in Real Life

Sometimes, when you're trying to walk through a crowd, people are like little blockades. If someone is standing right where you want to go, they’re causing an obstruction, you might have to wait or take a different path.

Obstruction isn’t magic; it's just something that gets in the way and makes things harder for other things to move!
