What is moody?

Moody is when someone’s feelings change a lot, just like how the sky changes from sunny to rainy.

Imagine you're playing with your favorite toy, and suddenly you get sad because it breaks, that's being moody. One minute you’re happy, the next you're upset, without anyone doing anything special.

Like a Roller Coaster

Being moody is like riding a roller coaster. You go up high and feel excited, then you drop down and feel scared or even sad. It happens all in one ride, just like how someone can be happy one moment and grumpy the next.

The Sky Changes

Think of your mood like the sky. In the morning it’s bright and sunny (you're happy), but by afternoon it clouds over and starts raining (you're upset). Even though nothing really changed, you feel different, just like when someone is moody.
