The intertwining of past, present, and future is like a family story that everyone keeps adding to.

Imagine you have a favorite blanket that your grandma knitted. That’s the past, because it started with her. Now you sit on it every night while reading a book, that's the present. But then, one day, you decide to add a new patch to it, just like your grandma did. That becomes part of the future, because someone else will read stories on it later.

Think of time as a tree. The roots are the past, things that happened long ago. The trunk and branches are the present, what’s happening right now. But when you plant a new seed, or add leaves, that’s the future, it grows from what's already there.

Just like your blanket or that tree, everything we do today connects with what came before and what will come after. It’s all one big, growing story!
