Hierarchy is like having a club where everyone has a special job, and some people have more jobs than others.
Imagine you're in a big family, like your grandparents, parents, and you. Your grandparents are the ones who started the family, so they’re at the top of the hierarchy, like the boss of the whole family. Your parents come next, they take care of things and help run the family club. You and your siblings are the newest members, still learning how to do all the jobs in the family.
In a school, there's also a hierarchy: teachers give orders, students follow them, and sometimes kids even help each other with their tasks. It’s like having a team, some people lead, others support, and everyone works together to make things run smoothly.
Just like how your toy box has bigger toys at the bottom and smaller ones on top, hierarchy is all about who is in charge and who helps out, it's the way things are organized so everything stays fair and fun!
