What is Food or water?

Food and water are things our bodies need to grow strong and stay happy.

Food is like a toy that gives us energy. When we eat an apple or a sandwich, it’s like getting a new battery for our body so we can run, play, and laugh all day long. Just like how your favorite snack helps you keep going during recess, food helps us stay active and healthy.

Water is like a drink that keeps us fresh inside. Imagine you’re playing outside in the sun, after a while, you feel thirsty. That’s because your body needs water to stay cool and working properly. Water is like a special friend who makes sure we don’t get tired too quickly, and it helps our brain think clearly.

Why We Need Both

Without food, our bodies wouldn’t have enough power to do anything fun. Without water, we’d feel dry and maybe even dizzy. Together, they help us be the best versions of ourselves, ready for adventures, stories, and everything in between!
