Fatigue is when your body feels tired after doing something for a long time.
Imagine you're playing with your favorite toy, let's say it's a ball. At first, you run around and kick the ball all over the room. You're having so much fun! But after a while, you start to feel like you can't move as fast or jump as high anymore. That’s fatigue, your body is telling you it needs a break.
What causes fatigue?
When you do something active, like running or jumping, your muscles use up energy. Think of it like using up the batteries in a remote control. At first, the remote works great, but when the batteries are low, it starts to lag. Your body is the same way, when the energy runs out, you feel tired.
How do you fix fatigue?
Just like you can recharge the remote by putting new batteries in it, your body recharges when you rest. When you take a break, drink water, or even just sit down and take deep breaths, your body starts to get its energy back, and soon you’ll be ready to play again!
