What is fascism?

Fascism is like having one super boss who wants everyone to follow exactly the same rules and cheer for the same team, all the time.

Imagine you're in a big school where every kid has to wear the same color shirt, play the same game at recess, and even sit in the same order during lunch. If someone doesn’t follow these rules, they might get yelled at or sent to the back of the line. That’s kind of how fascism works, one strong leader tells everyone what to do, and people have to obey.

Like a Team with No Other Choices

Fascism is like being on a team where you can't choose your own uniform or your favorite sport, you just follow what the captain says. The captain might even say that other teams are bad, so everyone has to hate them too.

Everyone Has to Be Happy and Obedient

In fascism, people are expected to be happy all the time, like when they win a game. But if someone disagrees or acts differently, they might get in trouble, just like when you’re on a team and you don’t follow the rules.
