Extraversion is when someone gets super happy and excited by being around other people.
Imagine you're at a playground. Some kids run straight to their friends, laugh a lot, and can’t wait to play tag or swing high. That’s like being extraverted, you love being with others and feel full of energy when you’re around them.
Like a Party Animal
If you're extraverted, you're like the kid who starts every game, talks to everyone, and can't sit still during storytime. You might even be the one who brings snacks for the whole class! You get more happy when you're with people, just like how a cake tastes better when it's shared.
Quiet Time is for Later
Sometimes, after playing all day, you might want to read a book or take a nap. That’s okay too, even extraverted kids need quiet time. But when the next adventure starts, they’ll be the first ones to jump in!
