Every thought, feeling, and action is like a message being sent from one part of your brain to another, and sometimes even outside your body!
Thoughts are like ideas that pop into your head. Imagine you're playing with building blocks, and suddenly you think, “I want to build a really tall tower!” That’s a thought, it helps you decide what to do next.
Feelings are how your brain tells you how you’re doing inside. If you fall off the couch and land on the floor, you might feel surprised or even a little scared. Your brain sends a message saying, “Whoa! That was unexpected!”, that’s your feeling!
Actions are what you do when thoughts and feelings come together. After thinking about building a tall tower and feeling excited, you start stacking blocks high. That's an action, it's how you turn your ideas into something real.
Your brain is like a busy town with lots of messengers running around sending messages all day long!
