What is event-based?

Event-based means things happen when something special happens, like when you press a button on your toy.

Imagine you have a toy car that moves only when you push a button. The car wakes up and starts moving because of the button press. That’s an event, it's what causes another action to happen.

Like a Playground

Think of a playground:

  • When the bell rings (an event), everyone runs out to play.
  • When you swing too high (another event), you laugh and maybe fall off.

Each time something happens, it triggers other things, just like your toy car or the kids on the playground.

Like a Party

Now imagine you're having a party:

  • When the doorbell rings (event), guests come in.
  • When someone brings cake (another event), everyone cheers.

Everything starts with something happening, and then other things follow, like a chain of fun!

So event-based is when one action causes others to happen, just like your favorite toys or games!Event-based means things happen when something special happens, like when you press a button on your toy.
