Empowerment is when you get stronger and more confident, like having a superpower that grows every time you use it.
Imagine you're playing with building blocks. At first, you might only be able to stack 2 or 3 blocks before they fall. But as you keep trying, stacking higher, balancing better, you start to believe you can build really tall towers. That’s empowerment, it's like getting a new kind of strength that comes from practice and belief in yourself.
Like a Growing Garden
Think about a garden. If you water your plants every day and take care of them, they grow taller and stronger. Empowerment is like that garden, when you do things that help you learn and grow, you become more capable and more brave.
You might even start to try new things, like climbing a tree or speaking in front of your class. Each time you do something brave, it feels like your inner strength is getting bigger, just like your garden gets taller and greener!
