What is dress?

Dress is what we wear to look nice and feel comfortable when we go out or play.

Imagine you have a super cool backpack, and inside it are all your favorite things, your shoes, pants, shirt, maybe even a hat or scarf. When you put them all on, that’s dress! It's like putting together a group of friends who help you look good and feel ready for the day.

What Dress Includes

  • Your clothes, like shirts, pants, skirts, dresses
  • Your shoes
  • Maybe even your hair, if you braid it or put on a bow
  • Sometimes your accessories, like a watch or jewelry

Dress is not just about looking pretty. It's also about feeling good and being ready for what’s coming next, whether that’s playing in the park, going to school, or having fun with friends.

So when you get dressed in the morning, you're making your body look nice and feel happy!
