What a Door Looks Like
What a Door Does
A door is not just for walking through, it also helps keep things inside or outside. When you shut your door, it makes a soft click, and it’s like saying “goodbye” to the hallway until you need to go back in. Sometimes doors have handles or knobs that you can push or pull, just like how you open your lunchbox with a tab.
You might even see a door at school, when you walk into the classroom, you're going through a door, just like walking through the front gate of your playground!
Examples
- You can push or pull a door to move it from one side to the other.
