Disease is when your body has a problem that makes it hard to do what it usually does.
Imagine your body is like a toy robot. When everything works right, you can run, play, and laugh. But if something goes wrong inside the robot, maybe one of its parts stops working or gets blocked, it can't move as well. That's disease.
How Disease Happens
Think about getting sick with a cold. It’s like your body is fighting off tiny invisible bugs that have sneaked in through your nose. Your body works hard to push them out, and that makes you cough, sneeze, or feel achy, just like when your toy robot has a glitch and starts making strange noises.
What Disease Does
When disease happens, it’s like your toy robot is running on only one battery instead of two. It can still move, but not as fast or as well. Sometimes the problem goes away after a little rest, like when you feel better after a cold. Other times, the problem stays for a while, just like when your robot needs a new part to work perfectly again.
