What is deployed? is like sending your favorite toy to play at a friend’s house, it goes from where you keep it to somewhere else so it can do its job.

Imagine you have a robot dog that lives in your room. When you want it to help you count your toys, you send it over to the living room, that's like deploying it. The robot dog is now deployed at the living room, doing its job until you call it back.

Now think about a video game character who goes from your screen to another player’s screen so they can battle with you. That’s also being deployed, moving from one place to another to help or fight.
