What is convocation?

Convocation is when a big group of people come together for a special event that marks the end of a learning journey.

Imagine you're in a classroom full of your friends, and after working really hard all year, you get to celebrate with everyone else. That’s convocation, like a giant party where students, teachers, and sometimes even parents gather to cheer each other on.

At convocation, people often wear special clothes or caps to show they’ve finished their studies. It's similar to when you get a certificate at the end of a school year. You might even hear speeches from important people who talk about how proud they are of everyone’s hard work.
