What is concert?

A concert is when lots of people come together to watch and listen to music being played live.

Imagine you're at a park on a sunny day, and your favorite band or artist comes to play. They’re like the kids in your class who love to sing or dance, but instead of just doing it in the hallway, they do it in front of everyone! You and all your friends sit on the grass or stand around, clapping, singing along, and having a great time.

At a concert, the music feels bigger and livelier because it's happening right in front of you. It’s like when you sing with your whole class, your voice gets louder and more fun when everyone is joining in. The musician or group might even come out to meet you after, just like how your teacher sometimes joins the line at the playground.

You can bring a snack, wear your favorite clothes, and cheer as loud as you want, it’s all part of the fun!
