What is compressor?

A compressor is like a squeeze machine that makes things take up less space.

Imagine you have a big balloon full of air, it's round and fluffy. Now imagine you put it in a special bag and start pressing on it, making the air inside get squished together. That’s what a compressor does! It takes something, like air or gas, and squeezes it so it fits into a smaller space.

How it works

Think of your backpack when you pack it for school. If you just throw everything in, it gets messy and takes up more room. But if you press the clothes together, fold them neatly, and put the heavier stuff on the bottom, your backpack becomes more packed and easier to carry. A compressor works like that, it presses things together so they can fit into a smaller spot.

Why we use it

Sometimes we need to save space or make things easier to move. That’s why we use compressors in places like refrigerators, air conditioners, and even in your toy cars! They help everything work smoothly by keeping things tight and ready to go.
