What is boss?

A boss is someone who tells you what to do and helps you when you need it.

Imagine you're playing a game where you have to build a tower with blocks. You’re the one stacking them up, but there’s a boss watching over you, maybe your big brother or your teacher. The boss says things like “Stack three blocks on top of each other!” or “Don’t let the tower fall down!”

The boss isn’t just telling you what to do, they’re also there to help if you get stuck. If you knock over the tower, the boss might say, “Try again, I believe in you!”

Sometimes, the boss is like a coach at a soccer game or a leader of a group during a treasure hunt. They guide you, cheer you on, and make sure you’re having fun while learning new things.

In real life, bosses are people who work with others to get jobs done, just like how your big brother helps you build that block tower!
