What is Bodies burn less energy?

Bodies burn less energy when they don’t need to work as hard, just like a toy car uses less battery power when it’s going slowly.

Imagine you're playing with your favorite toy car. When you push it gently on the floor, it moves slowly and doesn’t use much battery. But if you give it a big push, it zooms around the room and uses up more battery power quickly.

Bodies are like that toy car. When you’re resting or doing something easy, like reading a book, your body doesn’t need to burn as much energy, kind of like how the toy car only needs a little battery when it’s moving slowly.

But when you're running around, climbing stairs, or playing tag, your body has to work harder. That means it uses more energy, just like the toy car would if it were going full speed all day!

So, sometimes your body burns less energy because it's taking it easy, and other times it works hard and uses up more of that energy power.
