Anger is when your feeling inside gets really strong and you want to say or do something because you're not happy.
Imagine you're playing with your favorite toy, and someone takes it from you without asking. You feel like your toy was important to you, and now you can't play anymore, that's when anger starts to grow inside of you. It feels like a little storm in your head, and you might want to shout or even push the person who took your toy.
What Anger Feels Like
How People Show Anger
Everyone shows anger differently. Some people shout, some people cry, and others might just cross their arms and say nothing. But all of them are feeling the same thing inside: anger.
Anger is not bad, it’s a normal part of being human!
