What is activation?

Activation is when something goes from being ready to being working.

Imagine you have a toy car that’s all set to zoom, it has batteries, wheels, and a button. But until you press that button, the car stays still. Pressing the button is like activation, it makes the car go!

How It Works

Think of your body when you wake up in the morning. You’re ready to move, but you need a little push, maybe a stretch or a yawn. That’s your body doing its own kind of activation. Just like the toy car needs a button press, your muscles and brain need that extra nudge to get going.

Activation Everywhere

Activation is everywhere! A light switch turns on a lamp by activating it. A remote control activates the TV. Even when you start running, your legs are activated, they go from resting to working.

So, activation is just a fancy word for “getting something going”, like pressing that toy car button or stretching in the morning!
