What is a Marketplace?

A marketplace is like a big room where people come together to buy and sell things they need or want.

Imagine you're at a toy store, but instead of just one shop, there are lots of different shops all in the same place, some selling candy, others selling toys, some even selling stickers. That’s kind of what a marketplace is like: it's a place where many sellers come together to offer their goods or services to many buyers.

How It Works

In a marketplace, you can find all kinds of things, from snacks and clothes to games and books. Each seller has their own little corner, just like how each shop in the toy store has its own collection of toys.

When you want something, you go to the seller who offers it, and you trade your money for the thing you want. It's like when you use your piggy bank coins to buy a new pencil from the school store, only bigger and with more choices!

Sometimes, there are even special deals or discounts if you're lucky!
