360-degree feedback is when everyone around you, like your friends at school, gives you their thoughts on how you're doing.
Imagine you’re playing a game with your classmates. Usually, the teacher tells you if you did well or not. But in 360-degree feedback, everyone, your teacher, your friends, even the kids who sit next to you, gets to say what they think about how you play. That way, you get a full picture of how others see you.
How It Works in 4 Steps
- Everyone shares their thoughts: Like when you finish playing the game, all your classmates and teacher tell you if they thought you were helpful or if you need to practice more.
- You collect all the feedback: It’s like putting all those comments into a big bag, you have lots of different opinions in there.
- You look at what people said: You take out each comment and see which ones are similar, like seeing that most people think you’re fair when playing.
- You decide how to grow: Based on the comments, you pick one or two things you want to get better at, maybe learning to be more patient or quicker in games.
It’s like getting a big hug from all your friends and teacher, telling you what they saw, and helping you become even better!360-degree feedback is when everyone around you, like your friends at school, gives you their thoughts on how you're doing.
