How Fast Is That Really?
Let’s compare it to something you know: a car. A typical car might go about 100 km/h on the highway. If that car were going as fast as 28,000 km/h, it would feel like being stuck in a race with a superhero!
Another way to think about it is by comparing it to how long it takes something to travel. In one hour, at 28,000 km/h, you could go around the Earth almost 10 times, that’s even faster than your favorite cartoon character running from one end of the screen to the other!28,000 km/h is super fast, like a rocket zooming through space.
Imagine you're on your bike, racing down the street. You’re going pretty quick, maybe 30 km/h. Now imagine that speed multiplied by almost 1,000! That’s what 28,000 km/h feels like, super fast!
