What If The Earth Had Two Moons?

What if Earth had two moons instead of one? It would be like having two best friends to play with instead of just one!

Imagine you're playing with a ball in the park. Now, imagine there's another kid who also brings a ball, and they both bounce their balls at the same time. That’s kind of what happens when Earth has two moons.

How It Would Look

The sky would have two bright lights instead of just one. Sometimes they would be close together, like when you and your friend stand side by side. Other times, they’d be far apart, like when you run to opposite ends of the park.

What Happens on Earth

Earth’s tides, the way the water moves up and down, are caused by the moon's gravity. With two moons, the tides would be a bit wilder, like if two kids were both pulling on the same rope at the same time!

It would still be fun, though! Just like having two friends to play with makes things more interesting.
