Imagine you and your friend both see the same sunset, but one thinks it's beautiful, the other thinks it's just orange. To them, what they believe is truth, even though they’re seeing the exact same thing. It’s like saying everything we know is just our own opinion. Opinion as truth means you don’t have to be right, your view matters too. You can think a tomato is red, and someone else thinks it's pink, but both of you are still right in your own way.
Examples
- You think red is your favorite color, but your friend thinks it's pink. Both of you are right.
- Two people can watch the same movie and have completely opposite ideas about what happened.
