Stars are like giant, burning fireworks. When they run out of fuel, they explode in a big flash, this is called a supernova. Sometimes, after the explosion, all that's left is a small, super-dense ball, called a neutron star or even a black hole.
Examples
- A small firework explodes in the sky, that's like a supernova.
- After the fireworks end, all that remains is a tiny ball, just like a neutron star.
