What Does HR Do All Day?

HR is like the classroom helper who makes sure everyone gets along and stays happy at school.

Imagine you're in a big classroom with lots of kids. The teacher is busy teaching, but someone needs to help when kids can't find their pencils, when friends argue over toys, or when new kids come to class. That's what HR does, but instead of a classroom, it’s the whole school (or even a big company).

HR helps people get along by solving problems between coworkers, just like a teacher might help two friends who are arguing over a toy. They also help new kids find their seats, or in grown-up terms, they hire new people and help them fit into the group.

Sometimes the bell rings too early, or the lunch line is too slow. HR makes sure everything runs smoothly by planning things like trainings, breaks, and even parties, just like how a teacher plans fun activities for the class.
