What do they help others learn?

They help others learn how to solve problems or do things better.

Imagine you have a toy box full of blocks, and your friend doesn’t know how to build a tower with them. You show them how, maybe by stacking one on top of another, or balancing them carefully. That’s like helping others learn.

Like Sharing a Secret

When you teach someone something new, it's kind of like sharing a secret. If you know how to tie your shoes really fast, and you show your little brother how to do it too, now he has that same secret. He can use it every time his shoes come untied!

Like Being a Guide on a Map

Sometimes, helping others learn is like being their guide on a map. You point the way so they can find their own path later. Maybe you help them count how many steps it takes to get from the kitchen to the living room, now they know how to do it by themselves next time.

Learning is like building with blocks too: one piece at a time, and soon you have something big!
