The Inca Empire fell because its people had to deal with many problems all at once, like a big storm that knocked down trees and flooded streets.
Imagine you're playing with your friends in the park, and everyone is having fun. But then, it starts raining really hard, and the slide breaks. At the same time, one of your friends gets lost, and another friend has to leave because their family needs them home. All these problems together make it hard for you all to keep playing, that's what happened to the Incas.
The Storm Was Real
The Inca Empire was like a big, strong castle made of bricks. But when Spanish invaders came, they were like a sudden storm with lightning and thunder. The Spanish had horses (which the Incas had never seen before) and weapons that could cut through stone walls, it was like having a sword in a game where you only used your hands.
People Were Tired
The Incas also had to deal with sickness, which made many people very weak, like when you have a really bad cold and can't run or jump. This happened at the same time as the Spanish attack, it was too much for the Inca people to handle.
So, just like how too many problems at once can make your game hard to win, the Incas had too many things going wrong all at once, and that's why their empire fell.
