What are transient superheroes?

Transient superheroes are like kids who can turn into super heroes only for a little while, just like when you play hide and seek, you're super fast and sneaky for a short time, but then you're just normal again.

Imagine your friend has a special watch. When they press the button, they become really strong and fast, just for a few minutes. They can run faster than a race car, jump over fences, or even lift big rocks! But after a while, the magic of the watch stops, and they go back to being regular.

Some people are like that too! Like when you're playing tag, for a little while, you’re super fast and can run forever. But once the game ends, you just sit down and catch your breath. That’s what transient superheroes do, they have super powers only for a short time, then go back to being normal again, just like you!
