What are shares?

A share is like a tiny piece of a big toy factory, and you get to be part of it!

Imagine your favorite candy store wants to grow bigger. They ask everyone in the neighborhood to give them some money so they can buy more machines, hire more people, and make even more candy. In return, each person who gives money gets a share, like a little ticket that says, "You own a piece of this candy store!"

How Shares Work

If someone owns 10 shares, they have a bigger say in the candy store than someone with just 1 share. When the candy store makes more money, everyone who has shares can get some of that extra money, it's like getting a little treat for helping the store grow.

Why People Like Shares

People buy shares because they hope the candy store (or any business) will do really well and make lots of money. If that happens, the value of each share goes up, just like how your favorite toy might get more valuable if it becomes a collector’s item!

So shares are like little pieces of a company, and owning them can be fun, exciting, and even tasty! 🍬A share is like a tiny piece of a big toy factory, and you get to be part of it!
