What are remains?

Remains are what’s left after something has been used up or broken down.

Imagine you have a big chocolate bar. When you eat it all, remains would be the empty wrapper, that's what's left after the chocolate is gone.

Think of your favorite toy. You play with it for hours, maybe even days. But when you're done, there might be some pieces on the floor or some parts that are broken. Those are remains, they’re what’s left after all the fun is over.

Or think of a pizza. When everyone eats their slices, the plate is empty and maybe even has some cheese stuck to it. That's the remain of the pizza, not much left, but still something!

So, whether it's chocolate, toys, or pizza, remains are just what’s left over after you’ve used up the main thing.
