What are real-world processes?

A real-world process is just a special kind of recipe that happens all around you every day, like when you make your favorite snack or get ready for school.

Imagine you're making toast. First, you put the bread in the toaster. Then, you press the button. After a few seconds, the bread turns golden and smells delicious. That whole chain of actions, putting in the bread, pressing the button, waiting, and taking out the toast, is a process.

Like a Baking Machine

Think about how your mom or dad makes cookies. They mix ingredients, put the dough in the oven, wait for it to bake, and then take the warm cookies out. That's also a process, just like making toast, but with more steps and maybe some sprinkles on top.

Sometimes processes happen without you even noticing. Like when water turns from ice into liquid when it gets warm, or when your favorite cartoon starts playing right after the commercials. These are real-world processes that follow rules, just like recipes, but for things that happen all around us!
