What are pills or sprays?

Pills and sprays are ways to get medicine inside your body, just like getting a drink or eating a snack.

Imagine you have a tiny robot friend that lives inside you and helps make you feel better when you're sick. Pills are like little envelopes that the robot can open up and use right away, they’re easy to swallow, like a candy. You just pop one in your mouth and it goes down your throat to where the robot is.

Sprays are like magic mist that you can blow into your nose or spray on your tongue. It’s like when you spray perfume, except this smell helps heal you instead of making you smell fancy!

How They Work

  • Pills: You chew them, swallow them, or just let them slide down your throat. They slowly open up inside your body and start working.
  • Sprays: You spray them into your nose or on your tongue, like a quick little burst of medicine that goes straight to where it needs to go.

Both pills and sprays are like different kinds of medicine packages, one is easy to eat, the other is fast and fun to use!
