What are physical or technical strengths?

A physical strength is something that helps you do things better because it’s part of your body or what you use every day.

Imagine you have a toy car. If the car has big, strong wheels, it can go faster and farther on the floor, that's like having a technical strength, because it's about how the car is built. Just like the wheels help the car move better, technical strengths are things that make tools, machines, or even people do their jobs more easily.

Now think about your own body. If you're really strong, you can lift bigger toys or run faster than your friends, that's a physical strength, because it’s something inside you that helps you be better at playing.

What Makes Something Strong?

Sometimes, things are made stronger by how they’re put together. Like when you build a tower with blocks, if the blocks are big and flat, the tower stands taller without falling over. That's like having technical strengths working together to make something even better.

Or think of your backpack. If it has thick straps, it doesn’t hurt your shoulders as much when you carry all your toys, that’s a technical strength helping you feel more comfortable.
